1. Through Emotional Intelligence Approach

Emotional approach that can be done for example by always cast a positive energy on our students, tolerance of imperfection, and loving protégé wholeheartedly with the difference that they owned.
2. Through Spiritual Intelligence Approach
In this realm, this approach needs to be done by teachers is to increase the potential of students by raising the spiritual quotient in a way embed / teach the values of truth contained in religion. The foundation of spiritual intelligence is Ihsan. Ihsan is derived from husn which means something good and beautiful. In a general sense can be significantly positive, including honesty, virtue, beauty and hospitality. Ehsan in learning or work is how one can learn / work with honest and trustworthy and do things correctly, according to rules established. If God is just doing something wonderful in dealing with human creatures then demanded to do good or beauty. The result is doing good deeds as if someone sees God. I think this is what teachers can instill in each child a learner / student that every human being undertaken by us is the value of worship and as a human being should be able to benefit another human.
3. Approaches Through Social Intelligence
According to Edward L. Thondrike social intelligence (socialintelligence) is the ability to mutually understand fellow human beings and wisely in human relations. He emphasized the social intelligence of different academic abilities. Currently many accusations against the world of education where our educational products are human beings usually nudged people to maintain their interest in curriculum was to encourage people more intelligent at the same time fosters individualistic attitudes aka selfish. This lifestyle net delete attitude of cooperation, tolerance, sympathy, empathy and a noble character. Imagine if the ruler of the future is a product of such education.
